What you may do

• Use the pack inside one organisation, for as long as you like.
• Make as many internal copies as you need. Share it with colleagues.
• Adapt the artefacts for your own use — change the weights, add criteria, rewrite the wording.
• Use the outputs — a completed scorecard, a filled-in model — however you want, including in documents you send to vendors and to your board.

What you may not do

• Resell or redistribute the pack, or any artefact in it, whether changed or not.
• Include it in a consulting deliverable you charge a third party for.
• Publish it, or put it anywhere the public can download it.

Free within the major version. You will get an email when there is one.
